  • Processing Time : Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Time : Standard delivery within Singapore takes 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Charges : A flat rate of SGD 5 applies to all orders below SGD 50. Free shipping is available for orders above SGD 50.

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility : Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for non-perishable items.
  • Condition : Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
  • Process : To initiate a return, contact us at bbtradersmart@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Refunds : Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days upon approval.
Please note that perishable goods are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.
